Cartridge & Bag Filters
Ideal for removing large amounts of coarse contamination. We offer a variety of filter cartridges and bag filters to suit many applications.
Our meltblown cartridges are made up of numerous fibre zones, providing a graded structure throughout the filters depth. Having multiple zones means our filters can perform for longer through the use of depth filtration.
-
Supplied in either 10”, 20”, 30” or 40” lengths.
-
Gradients ranging from 1 – 100 microns.
-
Polypropylene material with an outside diameter of 63mm.
-
D.O.E as standard, – also available with thermally welded end caps such as ‘Amazon A’ style, and fin / flat closed ends.
-
10” and 20” lengths also available in large diameter with an o.d. of 114mm, and ranges of 1 – 50 microns.
-
Can be supplied as high efficiency, high collapse strength or absolute, as well as wound polypropylene cartridges with micron gradients of 1 – 200.
Bag & Filter Housings
Single and multi-cartridge housings are available in different materials such as stainless steel AISI 316, fiberglass and different plastic materials such as polypropylene, polyamide and PVC.
We supply a range of stainless-steel filter housings for cartridge and bag applications. Offering single cartridge to multi-round cartridge / bag housings there is a product for every application. Our multi-cartridge housings are supplied with a universal cup that allows either 222 (code 3 EG and code 8 EH) or DOE filters to be fitted to the same housing. VB series housings use a V-band clamp lid sealing mechanism and are suitable for price sensitive applications.
SB Series housings feature a cast lid with integral hinge mechanism, and swing bolt fixings to ensure a positive seal. Suitable for higher pressure applications SB housings are engineered to provide many years of reliable service.
DL series housings feature a davit lift lid raising mechanism making opening and closing the housing easy and safe. DL series housings are available in multi-bag and multi–cartridge configurations.
TL series housings feature a cast lid with swan neck inlet configuration, integral hinge assembly and swing bolt fixings for a positive seal. Because the lid sits directly on the sealing ring of the filter bag the chance of bypass is greatly reduced.
TL series housings are designed to give many years of reliable service.
TL Series are only available for size 1 and 2 filter bags.

Ever thought about a self-cleaning filter?
The advantage of a self-cleaning filter is that as it becomes fouled it will clean itself discharging the suspended matter to drain. As such it can accommodate variation in the incoming waters suspended solids levels.
The self-cleaning filter is fitted with a range of filter elements from 50 to 500 micron and the initiation of the cleaning mode is via either a timer, a rate of flow meter, or a pressure differential switch.

Membranes & Membrane Housings
All the parts found on our filtration plants can be bought as spares.
Our range of membranes include those for Reverse Osmosis, Nano-Filtration and Ultra-Filtration suiting a wide variety of applications.
We can also supply membrane housings manufactured completely from glass reinforced epoxy resin. The membrane pressure vessels are suitable for multiples of either 4” or 8” membranes and pressure up to 1200psi.
MEDIA FILTRATION
Media filters are used to treat specific contaminants from water supplies. Different medias are available to suit different foulants. Medias are available to remove iron, manganese, ammonia, arsenic, turbidity, organics, chlorine, suspended particulates, nitrates, and acidity. As filtration proceeds, the filter bed gradually becomes fouled and requires backwashing and/or regeneration. Flow through the bed is reversed via an automatic multi-port valve, whereby the accumulated debris is discharged to drain and if required rinsing with a suitable regenerant is undertaken
