SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to our online shop! Here at Prestige Water Equipment Ltd (PWEL), we understand that shipping is an important part of your shopping experience and so we will always aim to dispatch orders earlier than stated (where possible). Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and during the companies busier months, however we can usually dispatch in stock online orders within 2-3 working days (orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday, bank holiday, or after 1pm during the week, will not be processed until the next working day). We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition, however if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Prestige Water Equipment Ltd (PWEL). If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in its original condition and packaging.

All returns and exchanges must be authorised by Prestige Water Equipment Ltd and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we'll provide you with further instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

 

To insure you receive credit, you must include with each return:

  • Your Original order number.

  • Your full name, company name, telephone number, address and reason for the return.

Goods Acceptable for Return / Exchange:

  • Products not supplied in accordance with your order.

  • Products that are defective at the time you receive them.

Goods Not Acceptable for Return / Exchange:

  • Discontinued products.

  • Products that are specialised or customised.

  • Products that are used or not in their original packaging.

  • Products that are outdated, shelf-worn and therefore unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new.

No credit will be issued until the item has been fully inspected by our warehouse team.
